Care Instructions
-
To ensure your furniture maintains its beauty and durability, please adhere to these care guidelines:
Regularly dust your furniture with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Avoid placing your furniture in areas with extreme temperatures or high humidity levels, as these conditions can cause warping, cracking, or other damage.
When moving your furniture, lift it rather than dragging it across the floor to prevent scratches and damage to both the furniture and the floor.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasives on your furniture, as these can damage the finish.
For upholstered furniture, regularly vacuum the fabric to remove dust and debris. In the event of spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for upholstery cleaning.

Synthetic rattan fiber furniture requires minimal maintenance. Crafted from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), our fiber is UV-, stain-, and water-resistant, making it suitable for humid, salty environments and locations with fluctuating climates. While these resilient materials resist mildew, surface contaminants can foster mildew growth over time, necessitating regular cleaning.
Routine Care & Maintenance:
Vacuum to remove loose dirt
For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a sponge or soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry.

The powder-coated aluminum process creates a durable, protective finish on metal surfaces without using solvents. Polymer granules (such as polyester, polyester-epoxy, or fusion-bonded epoxy and acrylics) are combined with pigments and other powder components and then applied with an electrostatic gun. This process results in a hard, protective coating that safeguards against heat, rain, and salty environments.
Routine Care & Maintenance:
Rinse with a hose to remove salt and/or larger dirt and debris accumulation.
For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution. Rinse and dry with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Do not use abrasive or aggressive solvent products on aluminum, such as acetone or scouring powder.

Acrylic fabrics require regular cleaning to prevent the accumulation and embedding of dirt and food particles, thus reducing the need for frequent deep-cleanings. Additionally, it is advisable to bring cushions indoors in the event of inclement weather to prolong their lifespan. When using cushions on natural, unseasoned teak and other natural woods, it is recommended to remove them after each use until the wood has acclimated to its surroundings. Failure to do so may result in discoloration or staining.
While our cushions are crafted from top-quality weather-resistant materials, they are not immune to weather extremes or neglect. In the event of saturation, gently squeeze out excess water from the cushions and place them on their side in a well-ventilated, clean, and dry area to air dry. To expedite the drying process, you can stand the cushions on their edge in direct sunlight.
Routine Care & Maintenance:
Vacuum to remove loose dirt.
For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution. Apply a light mist of cleaning solution, as noted above, using a spray bottle. Use a sponge to clean.
Allow the cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Work the solution into the stain by blotting or lightly scrubbing the area with a sponge. To avoid water rings and stains, it is best to clean the entire surface area of the fabric.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft white towel or sponge.
Repeat these steps until the stain is removed.
Allow fabric to air dry in a well-ventilated, clean, dry area. Do not machine dry.

Cushions are available in various shapes, sizes, and styles, typically crafted from various types of fill or a combination thereof. Different fills offer varying densities and chemical compositions tailored to specific uses and furniture styles. While some cushions consist solely of foam, others feature foam wrapped in materials like Dacron for added loft, scale, and a softer feel.
Despite being constructed from premium weather-resistant materials, our cushions are not immune to extreme weather conditions or neglect. Therefore, it's advisable to remove cushions from natural, unseasoned teak and other wood surfaces after each use until the wood has adapted to its surroundings. Additionally, cushions should be brought indoors during inclement weather to maintain longevity.
Routine Care & Maintenance:
Cushions should never sit in water or be exposed to water for any prolonged period.
Always remove wet cushions from your furniture to prevent mildew growth or damage to the furniture frames. If cushions become saturated with water, squeeze any excess water out of them, then set them on their side to air dry in a well-ventilated, clean, dry area. Drying times will vary, but they may be accelerated if cushions are allowed to stand on their edge in direct sunlight.

Marine and coastal environments mean constant exposure to salt spray and sand, which can act like abrasive sandblasters on delicate finishes. If left unwashed before polishing, these elements can embed themselves into the finish. Additionally, exposure to wind and direct sunlight can vary greatly, making it difficult to establish a fixed cleaning and restoration schedule for your furniture. It's essential to periodically evaluate your specific installation to optimize performance and preserve its desired appearance.
To protect outdoor furniture, we suggest using fitted furniture covers or storing it indoors during severe weather conditions, especially seasonally. In regions with higher levels of air pollution, humidity, salt, or significant temperature fluctuations, it's advisable to perform recommended maintenance routines more frequently.
