These terms apply to the sale of all products to private individuals online, through WhatsApp, or in stores. AlvinT reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.

  • We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to provide the best transportation options for your orders. Feel free to ask our team to present you with all the possibilities. All items ship from our warehouse in Tangerang, Indonesia.

  • Indonesia (Jabodetabek & Bali): Free shipping on all orders. For larger furniture pieces, an additional shipping fee may be added if shipping fees are above average. In this case, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp upon order processing. 

    Indonesia (outside of Jabodetabek and Bali): The shipping cost will be calculated after the invoice is approved based on our logistic partners’ rate. The customer will bear the cost, depending on the size and weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. 

    All items ship from our warehouse in Tangerang, Indonesia. 

    All shipping costs are subject to change due to time sensitivity and unforeseen local conditions. AlvinT is not responsible for any of these changes.

    International Shipment: For international shipments, we can help arrange door-to-door delivery with a third-party agent with additional fees. The shipping cost will be calculated after approval of the invoice based on our logistic partners’ rate and will be borne by the customer, depending on the size and weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination.   • Please note that these timeframes apply to in-stock items. Made-to-order and pre-order items ship within different timeframes as specified on our product catalog. 

    The standard handling time for all items is 1-4 business days, not including the shipping timeframes provided below. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may fall outside the listed timeframes if an item is considered oversized or specialty. AlvinT is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen conditions and logistical issues.

    All days are quoted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Below are typical shipping time frames.

    • Jabodetabek: 1–2 business days

    • Bali: 3–4 business days

    • Indonesia (Outside of Jabodetabek & Bali): Contact for more info

    For Jabodetabek and Bali, AlvinT reserves the right to select the shipment method that best transports the package. This can occasionally result in longer shipment times, in which case you will be notified.

  • All deliveries will be made after the full payment has been settled. Our team will contact you to confirm your address and arrange the delivery schedule, followed by tracking information once the package has been sent. Please let us know in advance if there’s a special request for the delivery.

    We cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate when processing your orders.

    Please inspect the items within 3-7 days of delivery. Claims for returns, replacements, or repairs submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
