At AlvinT, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

These terms apply to the sale of all products to private individuals online, through Whatsapp, or in stores. AlvinT reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.

  • At AlvinT, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-made products, each of which carries its own unique characteristics. Minor imperfections are a natural result of using organic materials and are part of what makes every piece special.

    However, if your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

    1. Exchanges or repairs All items purchased are not refundable. Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Items purchased are not eligible for return or exchange for other items unless specifically covered under warranty. Exchange or repair is only warranted for structural defects or manufacturing failures not intended as part of the product's design. If any structural damage occurs within 7 days of receipt, AlvinT will repair the item at no additional cost.

    3. Customers must inspect the delivered item(s) within 3-7 days of the delivery date. Claims for returns, exchanges, or repairs submitted after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

    4. All exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is in stock, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

    5. Products must be returned in unused condition, with all labels and original packaging intact and in a re-sellable condition. AlvinT reserves the right to refuse any returns that have been shipped without a formal request and proper documentation. Returns with removed labels or items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

    6. The cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. AlvinT cannot provide prepaid shipping labels at this time. AlvinT is not responsible for damages caused by regular usage, wear and tear, misuse, or mishandling by third-party transportation services.

  • Step 1: Submit a Claim
    Contact our Customer Support Team via email at info@alvin-t.com with the following information:

    • Your name and contact details.

    • Invoice or order number.

    • Attach the softcopy of the original invoice.

    • Clear photographs or videos of the product showing the issue.

    • A description of the issue or reason for the return/exchange.

    • Subject: Return/Exchange Claim - Invoice No. BR-INV-XXXX-XX

    Step 2: Claim Review

    • Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the details within 3 business days and may request further information if needed.

    Step 3: Approval and Resolution

    • If your claim is approved, we will provide the following options:

      • Exchange: Replace the item with a new one (subject to availability).

      • Repair: Offer repair services for the item (if applicable).

      • Refund: Refund the value of the item (excluding non-refundable costs, such as delivery).

    Step 4: Return of the Product

    • Approved items must be returned to [specified location].

    • The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the customer. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at this time.
